ISC offers nutrition counseling to any senior that wants to learn more about health and how to improve their lifestyle the right way.
Services provided by a certified nutritionist.

• Chronic disease prevention and maintenance
• Meal prep and planning
• Saving tips and the grocery store
• Tips for staying active and overall nutrition education
