We are currently hiring for a Willing Partner Navigator!

Under the guidance of the A Way Forward Director and Willing Partner Coordinator, the Navigator will be responsible for offering direct client assistance and case management services. This individual will also perform initial client assessments to identify suitable interventions, engage with community members on a regular basis to create action plans aimed at helping them overcome obstacles, and facilitate referrals for further client support.
